Project Overview

CPE Projects was appointed by Medway NHS Primary Care Network (PCN) to refurbish and repurpose existing office areas into modern clinical spaces. The project involved creating new consultation and treatment rooms, alongside a refreshed administrative area designed to improve efficiency and patient flow.

Challenges & Approach

The project required sensitive planning within a live healthcare setting. Our team coordinated closely with PCN managers to maintain safety, reduce disruption, and ensure compliance with all healthcare and infection-control standards.

The completed clinical and admin spaces provide a modern, efficient, and patient-focused environment. Following the successful delivery of this phase, CPE Projects has been appointed to deliver Phase 2, further expanding the PCN’s service capacity.
